Refunds & Returns

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please get in touch with Delicious Monster via nicky@mydeliciousmonster.com to discuss options of either replacing product or refunding you for your order (where applicable).
Please note we have a zero returns policy on any digital items.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, along with confirmation of whether or not a refund is applicable. If a refund is applicable then you will have the choice to either receive a gift card to the value of the returned item to spend on Delicious Monster, or processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Sale Items
Refund only apply to regular priced items and do not apply to any items on sale.

Exchanges
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged and will be replaced with the same item. Please notify Delicious Monster via nicky@deliciousmonster.com if you need to return an item for an exchange, and this will be arranged.

Shipping
Delicious Monster is not responsible for the shipping costs of items being returned for an exchange, so this will be for your own account. We are happy to assist with organising this through our courier but this will be payable by the customer.
Shipping costs are also non-refundable in the event of a refund and will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
